Olufemi Osibona was a Nigerian businessman and real estate developer. He is the Managing Director/CEO of Fourscore Homes, a company that specializes in the building of choice properties in different parts of the world. Prior to his venturing into real estate development, Fmi ran a shoes and suits business.
Femi Fourscore has been on the news after being revealed as the owner of the 21-storey building that collapsed recently in Ikoyi, Lagos State.

Career
He is said to be the first African developer to construct a seven-storey building, located at 113, Albion Drive, London Fields, E8, 4LZ, in East London. He then moved to South Africa in 2009 where he built six luxury units of houses called Fourscore Mansions in Waterkloof, Pretoria.
Osibona’s real estate development firm Fourscore Homes is a member of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) in South Africa and Zurich Building Guarantee in Europe.
The company exhibited its expertise in property development in the UK, South Africa, the United States (U.S.) and Nigeria.
Personal Life
Osibona was a devoted Christain and a member of the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC). He was happily married with four children.He was inside the 21-storey building when it collapsed. His body was recovered three days after the incident.
