Bayelsa APC Deputy Governorship Candidate Disqualified!

The Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday disqualified the Bayelsa State deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Biobarakuma Degi, from participating in the forthcoming Saturday, 16th of November, 2019 governorship poll in the state.
Justice Inyang Ekwo said this while delivering judgement in the suit marked FHC/ ABJ / CS / 1101 / 2019 instituted by the Peoples Democratic Party and others.
