Sinach Biography, Date Of Birth, Early Life And Education

Born 30th March, 1977 in Lagos State, Nigeria, Osinachi Kalu popularly known as Sinach hails from Ebonyi State, Nigeria and is the second child in a family of 7. She became born again at a very teenage age and joined her local church choir. She is a member of the Christ Embassy Church, home to other fine gospel artists such as Frank Edwards and Ada Ehi.
It was in the church choir that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the general overseer of the Christ Embassy Church discovered her singing talent and picked her up, then made her the senior worship leader at the Believer's LoveWorld.

Sinach had her early education in Lagos State where she was born and then had her university education in the University of Port-Harcourt, Rivers State with a degree in Physics. She is married to Pastor Joseph Ogbu, also of the Christ Embassy Church and they are happily living together.

Currently signed into the Christ Embassy Loveworld Records, Sinach came into limelight after songs like 'I Know Whom I Am' and a good number of other hits. She has written close to 200 songs and majority of them are hits.
