Cost Of International Passport In Nigeria [January 2019]

January 2019 met Nigerians with a lot of changes, and one of them in the changes in the price of the national ID card.
At times I  wonder if the cost of things ever go down or they keep increasing even with the changes in Dollar-Naira exchange rate.
Well, the current prices for the Nigerian international passport, as at January 2019 are as follows:

• 32-page five-year standard passport stand at ₦25,000
• 64-page five-year standard passport stand at ₦35,00
• 64-page 10-year standard passport  stand at ₦70,000
• 32-page five-year official passport stand at ₦15,000

The renewal of the Nigerian international passport, if there should be need is ₦22,000. It is the same price for the replacement of a missing passport.
It is advisable to go for a new passport to help you bypass the stress involved in the renewal of your old passport.
