This is more like a national issue and the Central Bank of Nigeria has put an eye on it. They have reportedly mandated all banks to open a fraud desk to investigate and handle such issues.
According to our source, let's say you paid the said amount into a Zenith Bank account, the scammer would rush to withdraw it but that's not in the question.
Send an email to [email protected].
After doing that, also send a copy to [email protected] as this will help the bank to hasten up with their actions.
The bank will also block the reported account immediately to help you get back your money.
