When you hear of Nigeria as a citizen or tourist, what first pops into your mind?
Well, for me, I think of Owerri, my base with the traffic. Though not as severe as Lagos State, they share one thing in common - VEHICLES!
They may be exotic cars, huge lorries, tankers or even pick-up vans, but they all have their unique plate numbers according to the states they were registered in, with each state having a different slogan.
We'd be seeing the all of them now.

The plate numbers are usually white in colour, and normally have numbers in blue (except special cases).
