Francis Munyao was born on the 7th of February, 1993 in Makindu is a town in Makueni County, Kenya. He is the last born in a family of three.Growing up wasn't rosy for Francis as his parents weren't that rich. He dropped out of his educational pursuit after his primary education at Ikungu Primary School in Makindu, Mombasa County due to financial problems.
He further enrolled at Light International Academy in Karen after he secured himself a full scholarship from the school’s management.

MCA Tricky moved to Nairobi in search of greener pastures at a very early age without his parent's knowledge. On reaching Nairobi, he realised that life there wasn't as Rosy, in fact it was even more difficult than he imagined. This further drove him into the streets after squatting at different people's homes.He eventually started working as an errand boy ferrying vegetables among other goodies to and from Gikomba market. Gradually, Francis changed from the innocent boy he used to be to someone else. He started smoking and getting involved in little crimes to survive.
Francis Kimani, however, recorded a turning point in his career when he took a different at and decided to join Barikiwa Set Book Group which helped in nurturing his talent as a comedian. With time, some of his friends and members of the group persuaded him to go for an audition at Carnivore grounds. It was at the audition ground that he met Prof Hammo who helped him get to where he is now.
