
Mary Njoku is a Nigerian actress, film producer, entrepreneur and the founder/Director General of Lagos-based film house, ROK Studios, in Nigeria. In August 2013, Njoku founded the award-winning Lagos-based film house, ROK Studios. ROK has since its launch, produced over 540 films and 25 original TV series. In 2016, she launched ROK on Sky, a network airing across the UK and ROK on DSTV, a network airing across Africa. ROK Studios was in 2019, acquired by French television company Canal+ for an undisclosed amount.
The same year, Mary, alongside her business partners Jason Njoku and Bastian Gotter, launched a $2 million investment vehicle for Lagos-based Internet start-ups called Spark.
